Q. The soap I purchased in this order look different from my last. Why is that?
A. As each batch of soap is made individually, they may differ slightly in appearance. This does not effect the quality of the soap.
Q. You used to have a soap I really liked available. What happened to it?
A. Some soaps are made in limited edition. This can be because of the season and what ingredients are available. If you can't find a soap you really liked, send us a note. Maybe we can recreate it for you.
Q. I need something customized for my own skin. Can you help me?
A. Let's talk about it! Shoot us a note and we'll see what we can do.
Q. Do I need Paypal to order from you?
A. Absolutely not. Just continue with your order and bypass the Paypal option.
Q. Do you ship outside of the United States?
A. Of course! Once you place your order, we will find the least inexpensive and quickest way to get you your product. Once found, we will contact you and let you know what the charges are.
Q. I'm going to place a big order but want something customized. Are there discounts?
A. Shoot us a note and leave your telephone number. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your needs.
Q. Hey, I live close by. Why do I have to pay shipping if I can just pick it up?
A. We will reimburse your shipping if we make arrangements for a pick up/drop off.
Q. Your soap bars smell awesome, buy why aren't they heavily scented?
A. The majority of our clients have told us they prefer bars that are not heavily scented and we tend to give our clients want they want. Almost everything they want anyway.
Q. I heard you give out free products. How do I score?
